2015 has been a record-breaking year for Axia Home Loans. Axia’s groundbreaking business production last year was largely due to operational enhancements that enabled maintaining a 28 day application to fund timeline and further development of a culture built around maximizing positive impact to the communities served.

Some key indicators of Axia’s unprecedented success include:  

  • Increased funded volume by 52%
  • 73% purchase volume
  • Increased average LO monthly production by more than 50%

Axia has enhanced its production platform with industry leading technology and programs built to ignite and reinforce increased production. Loan originators were equipped in 2015 with new sales resources such as Axia’s Certified Homebuyer Program, Credit Optimizer, and Rocket, a proprietary lead management system designed with sales workflows that enhance conversion rates.

Axia continued to fuel its growth in 2015 by opening 11 new branches, hiring more of the best mortgage professionals in the industry, and adding two new states to its geographic footprint in the Western US.

Even in the midst of this expansion, Axia continues to strengthen and sustain what it has built thus far: “Our focus has been to strengthen and better equip our existing branches and build a dynamic culture, creating a foundation that both attracts and supports growth into new areas. Axia continues to support its employees and local communities. Axia’s leaders continue to enhance and develop its outreach program, Axia Cares, in which Axia employees demonstrate their eagerness to give back to the communities in which they live and work by dedicating time and resources to those in need. Examples of this support included donations to the “Walk to End Alzheimer's” and Seattle Children’s Hospital, wearing pink on “Breast Cancer Awareness Day”, serving at local food banks and donating and wrapping toys for the holidays.
